Using Videotaping to Improve Your Teaching

An effective way to improve your teaching is to see yourself in action.  Watching a videotape of yourself with the sound turned off, listening to yourself without video, and then watching and listening at the same time can quickly give you an idea of how your students perceive your classroom teaching.
